Salina Di Cervia is produced at the “Parco della Salina di Cervia” in the province of Ravenna. The natural marine salt identifies us and our brand. The history behind both of these is made up of hard work, ideas, and a community that over the decades has managed to unite around its most precious asset – the salt, because it represents our identity.
The sea water goes into the saline through a canal, to then be evaporated and concentrated until it reaches the production of real salt.
