Solefrutta was born from the idea of enhancing one of the most important resources that the Piana di Sibari possesses: citrus fruits. The main activity is to transform these very precious fruits of nature within 48 hours of harvesting through the use of transformation techniques that derive from the ancient Calabrian tradition following the classic artisanal recipes, which involves only using top quality fruit and sugar.
Each jam contains 82% fruit and no preservatives are used. These factors, together with a know-how consolidated over 20 years of passionate work, represents some of our core competencies that differentiate us from our competitors.
